About an order, a delivery or a return

Go through the account the order was placed in. Payment, delivery dates, damage in transit and returns all live with the order record, and any route that does not start there ends up being redirected back to it anyway.

That includes a missing piece from a set and a frame that arrived with cracked glass. Photographs of the item and the packaging, raised against the order, get a replacement moving faster than anything that could be passed on from here.

About a piece before you buy

Ask on the listing itself. Questions posted there reach us and are answered publicly, which means the answer stays visible for the next person asking the same thing, and it arrives attached to the exact size and color you were looking at rather than to a family of similar pieces.

If the question is whether a cover fits an insert you already own, or whether a basket will clear a shelf, the styling guide on this site will get you there faster than any answer we could give without seeing the room.

This site is our catalog, not a shop. It runs no checkout, holds no orders and keeps no accounts, which is why an order question is quicker asked where the order lives.
