Coastal pieces in AELS home decor
A room by the water has its own light: bright, flat and a little bleached. Our coastal range is designed for it. Navy, white, sand and aqua are the colors we use, because they fade gracefully in sunlight and keep their contrast against pale wood and white walls.
The shapes come straight from the beach — shells, starfish, seahorses, an anchor and a striped life ring — cut as soft sculpture rather than printed on a square, so each pillow reads clearly from across the space.
Materials and texture
Bouclé and velvet-feel pile give the shapes texture you can feel, and they survive a covered porch, a sunroom or a child’s bedroom. The pattern on our life ring is just two colors in bold lines; the shells use stitched detail that catches light.
For the pool and the beach
Lounge chair towel covers were created for an experience everyone knows: the towel that slides off the lounger. A deep top pocket and corner straps hold ours in place, and side pockets keep a phone, glasses and a book within reach. Microfiber dries fast and folds small.
Styling
