Orders, delivery and returns

1. Placing an order

   Every product page has a button that takes you to our listing in the partner store. The price, the stock level and the delivery estimate you see there are the ones that apply.

2. Delivery

   Delivery is handled by the partner store. Frames travel with corner protection; pillows travel vacuum-packed and need a day to regain their shape.

3. Returns

   Returns are opened from your order in the partner store, within the window shown on the order. Keep the original packaging for frames until you are happy with them.

4. Damaged in transit

   If glass arrives cracked or a casting is chipped, start a return or replacement from the order and include a photo. You can also write to us and we will help.
