Halloween and harvest decor
Ceramic pumpkins, ghost tea lights and neon signs for the weeks between the first cold evening and November — the autumn side of AELS home decor.
Halloween and harvest in AELS home decor
Autumn decor has two moods, and we design for both. Harvest pieces — neutral ceramic pumpkins in organic, ribbed shapes — stay out from September to Thanksgiving. Halloween pieces — ghosts, bats and neon BOO signs — come out for the last weeks of October and go back in the box after.
Keeping the two apart lets a room change gradually, which most people love more than one big switch.
Light and color
Dimmable USB neon signs hang in a front window and light the trick-or-treat route; LED tea lights inside ceramic ghosts glow through small cutouts without open flame. The color palette stays restrained — white, cream, black, a little orange — so the light provides the contrast.
Materials and shapes
Glazed ceramic, resin, plush fabric and LED neon. Simple shapes with clear lines read from the street and from across a room; a set of three pumpkins in different heights strikes a natural, almost sculptural balance on a mantel or a console.
Using the space
Put neon where it can be seen from outside, pumpkins where daylight falls, ghosts where the evening experience happens — the hallway, the stairs, the table. Each piece was created to be stored small and brought out again next year.
