Do the frames have real glass?
Yes. Our cast picture frames have glass fronts; a few display pieces use clear acrylic, which the product page states.
Can a frame hang on the wall as well as stand?
Almost all of them do both: a fold-out easel leg on the back and metal hooks for vertical or horizontal hanging.
Why does my pillow look flat?
Filled pillows are vacuum-packed for delivery. Shake them, knead the filling and leave them 24 to 48 hours.
Are inserts included with pillow covers?
No. Covers are sold alone and the product page says so in the first line; buy an insert the same size as the cover.
Which picture frame suits black and white photos?
Black with a fine gold or silver line, or a plain off-white for very pale prints.
