What this one is for

Twenty-six inches is Euro size, which is a bed measurement more than a sofa one. These are the cushions that stand upright at the back of a made bed with the sleeping pillows in front of them, and they are also the only size in our range that suits the deep corner of a large sectional, where anything smaller disappears into the angle.

Beige with brown is the warmest of the two chenille colorways and the one that goes with wooden furniture rather than painted. The raised stripe reads clearly at this scale, so the pair carries a room on its own; adding a patterned throw on top of them is usually a step too far.

Covers only. Euro inserts at 26 or 28 inches are the right partners, and the larger one is worth it here because a slack 26 inch cushion sags visibly. Wash inside out in cold water to protect the chenille, no bleach, and dry flat rather than in a hot machine.
