Chenille Tufted White Christmas Tree Pillow Cover, 18 x 18 in, Green

Description

Cover only, no insert: an 18 by 18 pad goes in through the hidden zipper at the bottom, or a 20 inch one if you want the face taut rather than soft. That has to be said first, because a cover and a finished cushion look identical in a photograph and only one of them is in the package.

Reversing the colors changes where this belongs. On a cream sofa the green ground is the thing you see from the doorway and the white tufting reads as a bright outline inside it, where the cream version works the other way around and needs a darker seat to show up against.

Chenille gives it a plush hand and a slightly uneven sheen, so the green looks deeper in some lights than others. Spot cleaning is the only approved method: damp towel, no machine, no bleach. Tufted loops also catch on hook and loop fastenings, so keep it away from throws that have them.
