Gingerbread Man and Christmas Tree Pillow Set of 2

Description

Both pillows arrive filled with PP cotton, so there is no insert to size and nothing to stuff. They travel vacuum sealed, which means they look thin and sad for the first evening: shake each one, knead and tear at the filling to break it up, then let them sit for 24 to 48 hours and they come up full and even.

The fabric is where this pair differs from the rest of our tree cushions. Teddy fleece is shorter and denser than a long faux fur, which is what lets the detail be embroidered rather than printed, so the gingerbread man keeps his face and buttons after being hugged, sat on and dragged around the living room by somebody small.

Two shapes rather than two of one shape is the point of the set. The gingerbread man is the taller piece at around 16.1 inches and the tree sits just under it at about 15.7, so they read as a scene at one end of a couch instead of as a matched pair. Each is handmade and may vary a little in size. Cold machine wash separately, no bleach, tumble dry low.
