Description

We make this heart in two reds at the same size and the difference is the surface, not the standard of the making. A shiny face reflects the room back at you; this faux fur one absorbs it, so the color looks deeper and warmer and the piece reads as something to lean on rather than to look at.

Pile suits the furniture people retreat into. An armchair by a window in January, a reading nook, the end of a sofa under a wool throw: a soft long face belongs there in a way a lacquered-looking cushion never quite does, and the heart outline keeps it from looking like standard upholstery.

Faux fur over eco-friendly PP cotton, fluffy but firm, filled and sewn closed. Machine wash cold and separately, since red is the dye in this range most likely to move, then tumble dry low. No bleach. Shake the pile out as it dries rather than leaving it to flatten in the warmth.
