What this one is for
The same tufted arches as the mustard version, in the color for rooms that have run out of room for warmth. Olive is a muted, slightly gray green that sits with natural linen, oak and black metal, and it is the version to buy if the sofa is already brown or the walls are already cream.
Tufting behaves differently in a darker color. The mustard version shows its arches through contrast; in olive the pattern reads almost entirely through shadow, which makes it subtler in daylight and more pronounced under a side lamp than the yellow one is. It is the quieter of the pair by some margin.
Cover only, 18 by 18 inches, no insert supplied. Because the tufting is worked in cotton loops, avoid anything that can catch them, particularly hook-and-loop fastenings on nearby throws. Machine wash cold on its own, no bleach, tumble dry low.
