A 5 by 7 oval in golden with roses and a ribbon bow cast around the window, made for upright display only.
Description
Roses around the opening and a bow above it make this the most romantic frame in the batch, and they also fix its orientation. The bow belongs over the picture, so the easel stand and the hanging hook are both set for upright use and this one is not meant to be turned onto its side.
Take that as a steer on content. An upright golden oval wreathed in roses asks for one person, a couple or a wedding photograph, and it will make a holiday landscape look as though it wandered into the wrong frame. The oval window also crops the corners of the print, so put the subject in the middle.
Golden is the brighter, warmer end of our metallics, and it carries cast detail well because the raised petals take the light while the recesses stay dark. Durable polyresin, clear stain-resistant glass against dust and fingerprints, and a backing that opens without tools.
