What this one is for
Pastel is the version for people who like the shape and not the noise. Against white bedding or a cream sofa it barely raises its voice, and what you notice first is the outline and the shine of the pile rather than the color. That makes it the only lip in the range that can sit in a room with no other bright thing in it.
It is the wide cut, 24 by 12 inches, and the proportion suits the softer color: a big shape in a pale tone occupies space without demanding it. On a double bed it works laid across the front of the pillows, where a hot pink of the same size would take the whole scheme over.
Velvet-feel face, PP fiber fill, filled and closed, machine washable cold and tumble dry low. Pale pinks show marks sooner than saturated ones, so keep it off the floor and away from open windows if the room faces a road.
