One tree-shaped pillow in dark green striped faux fur over a PP cotton fill, machine washable on a cold cycle.
Description
Buying one is the way to find out whether a shaped faux fur pillow belongs in the room. On a bench in a hall, an armchair or a desk chair, a single dark green tree is enough decoration for the spot, and if it works there is always the option of a second or a third later.
Dark green is the deepest color in this group and the one that behaves most like upholstery. On a pale sofa it is a strong accent, and on a brown or olive one it almost disappears into the seat, which is worth picturing in advance, because faux fur in a dark tone reads mostly as texture and shadow.
It comes filled with PP cotton and vacuum packed flat, so shake it, knead the filling loose and leave it a day or two to rise. After that it is straightforward: cold machine wash on its own, no bleach, tumble dry low, and a shake while damp to bring the pile back up.
