Unstuffed Faux Fur Pouf Cover, 18 in Cube, Hot Pink Leopard

Description

Start with what arrives, because this is the thing people get wrong: an empty cover, 18 by 18 by 18 inches, with no filling supplied. You stuff it yourself with plush toys, old clothes, blankets, towels or polyester wadding, which makes it a soft seat and a storage bag at once and is why a pouf this size costs about what a cushion does.

Hot pink leopard is not a neutral and is not pretending to be one. It belongs in a bedroom, a teenager's corner or a dressing area that has already committed to a color, where the pouf is meant to be the thing you notice first; dropped into a beige living room it will be the loudest object in the room by a wide margin.

The cover is 100 percent polyester, with two handles securely attached so it moves between rooms, and a visible zipper that makes filling and emptying straightforward rather than a wrestling match. Packed hard it is a footrest; left slack it is a floor cushion. Either way the bulky soft things you own stop taking up a shelf in a closet.
