What this one is for

This is the grown-up version of the same idea. Where the bow set is romantic and unmistakably soft, these two frames are baroque: carved scrollwork all the way around, antique gold, and no ribbon anywhere. In a bedroom decorated in dark colors, or on a dressing table styled after a French or Victorian room, that difference decides which of the two sets belongs.

The function is identical and it works. Velvet backing takes twelve pearl-head pins, so necklaces are pinned in the curve you want rather than hung on a hook and left to twist, pendants stay flat, and small charms have somewhere to be that is not the bottom of a dish. The 5 by 7 board takes the longer chains; the 4 by 6 handles everything short.

The two frames measure 9.6 and 5.4 inches and are meant to be used together at different heights. Each has a stable easel stand and a wall hook built in, so the pair can sit on a countertop or hang as a small boutique-style display above one.
