Decorative Wall Hooks with Vintage Oval Picture Frame, 2.5 x 3.5 in

Description

The wall beside a front door usually has two jobs and does neither well: hooks at hand height for coats and keys, and anything decorative pushed up above them where nobody looks. These put both into one object. Each hook doubles as a mini picture frame, so the thing holding the dog lead is also holding a photograph.

At 2.5 by 3.5 inches the opening is wallet size, and that decides what belongs in it. One face, a pet, a single holiday picture: something you already know by heart and only need reminding of, because at this size a group shot turns into a crowd of specks. Putting them where you stand every morning is the whole idea.

The frame detail is ornate and the tones are soft and neutral with a gold hook underneath, so they settle into farmhouse, cottage and plain classic rooms instead of arguing with them. They mount on any wall with standard nails or hooks, and they work as well in a bedroom, a nursery or a hallway, holding towels, jewelry or a hat.
