Description

The difference between this pair and the printed covers we also sell is real and worth the small extra cost: here the stripe is woven into the cloth as a jacquard rather than printed on the surface. That means the pattern has depth, it cannot rub off, and the fabric changes tone slightly along the stripe as the light moves across it.

The blend is mostly polyester with a small proportion of linen, which is the combination that gives a linen look without the creasing. Real linen at this weight would need pressing every time somebody leaned on it; this holds its face and still shows the slubby, slightly irregular surface people buy linen for.

Beige on beige is the most useful pattern in the section because it adds structure without adding a color to match. Covers only, at 18 by 18 inches. Hidden zipper, machine wash cold and separately, no bleach, tumble dry low.
