What this one is for
This is the woven version of the cube, in a linen-blend jacquard with a navy stripe worked into the cloth rather than printed on it. It is the pouf for a room that already has a rug, a throw and cushions doing the soft work, where another piece of long pile would be one texture too many.
Like the rest of the poufs it arrives as a cover only, to be filled at home. That is the honest trade: you do the work, and in return you get a footstool for the price of a cushion and a way to store two duvets in plain sight. Fill the corners first, then the middle, and stop before it is completely rigid if anyone is going to sit on it.
Two handles are stitched into opposite sides so it can be carried between rooms without hugging it, and the zipper runs long enough to get bulky filling in. The jacquard face is a mostly polyester blend with a small proportion of linen, which keeps the woven look without the creasing.
