Four by six is the one print size you can have made in five minutes and get right first time, which is why this is the frame most people should start with. No cropping, no trimming, no mat to cut: the print goes in as it comes back from any photo service, in portrait or landscape, because the hooks on the back are set for either orientation.

The motif is the most traditional in our tree frames. A cast green tree with a red bow is the combination everybody reads instantly as Christmas, which makes it the right frame for the photograph you want people to notice on a mantel or an entry table, and the wrong one for a picture meant to hang all year.

The casting is durable polyresin with the detail worked deep enough to hold a shadow, and the clear glass front keeps the print clean. Both an easel stand and metal hanging hooks are built into the back, and the backing opens easily, so a frame bought for one photograph does not become a frame stuck with it.
