Our 5 x 7 cast frame in white with a blush-pink wash, for the portraits that should look soft rather than formal.
Description
White and pink is the quietest finish we cast this ornate profile in. The relief keeps every scroll of the antique pattern, but the pale paint lets the photograph do the talking, so a newborn portrait or a wedding print sits in it without the frame turning into the subject.
The back carries both an easel leg and metal hooks, so it stands on a dresser or hangs on a nail in either orientation. The backing opens without tools, which matters with a frame people tend to refill every few months as a child grows.
